greenstone data solutions ltd are delighted to announce that the awaited integration with the Xerox XMPie Marketing Automation platform and the ReapIT and JUPIX Estate Agency Operations Database platforms are now complete and the first live implementations are live and operating with great success.

XMPie and greenstone have joined forces to enable the selection of greenstone’s Orchard and The UK Property File (TUKPF) data to be made by approved end-clients using the XMPie Marketing Automation Web2Print software, Storeflow.

greenstone is the only company in the UK with this integration into the XMPie platform and their UK wide, GDPR compliant prospect datasets are both now available through a Data Module that can be licensed from XMPie by any XMPie Licensee.  This enables end-client-users to select both print and clean, compliant data from the same platform to drive automated printed marketing material selection through their chosen Print Partner.

By also integrating seamlessly with ReapIT and JUPIX so as to take hourly feeds of their Estate Agency clients’ operational databases (customers and property data), greenstone’s Estate Agency clients are now able to access a full Marketing Automation solution combining all of their customer data with their market-sized full prospect universe to feed effective marketing communications to maximise the Return On Investment (ROI) of their marketing spend.

Initial clients using the solution include 3 major Estate Agency Groups who are using the combination of greenstone’s data, customer marketing database management services, insight & analytics and real-time browsing data access services.

The service revolutionises the way their multi-site branches can select Head Office pre-approved print material, combined with targeted customer and prospect data through the XMPie Web2Print platform to target the right consumers with the right message at the right time – and thus effectively target potential Valuations and Lettings customers with their products and services with far greater accuracy than they have ever been able to before.
